Poor to no Network Coverage in Victoria West, Northern Cape

The network coverage in Victoria West, Northern Cape is extremely poor.

We have reported the issue to MTN on 3 December 2018 via telephone, email, facebook and the network coverage team of MTN. To date nothing has been done. All MTN users in Victoria West cannot use their data. We pay for a service, we pay for data, but we cannot use it!!! We are paying for a service which we are not receiving. The MTN network coverage in Victoria West was not always THIS BAD. It started about three months ago. This is extremely fustrating. PLEASE do something to fix this and to help the MTN clients in Victoria West.
