Poor to no network connectivity in Moreleta park - Can barely make a phone call.

Dear MTN SP

I am currently in Moreleta Park and experiencing extremely poor network coverage. I can barely make a voice call, let alone use any data services. This is unacceptable, especially as I have urgent business calls to attend to.

I live with my father, who is also an MTN customer, and he is equally frustrated. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to cancel our contracts. Please treat this matter as urgent. If the network is not improved soon, you risk losing multiple clients in this area. My brother and neighbors also want to cancel their high end contracts because of your poor infrastructure.
