Poor telephon etiquette!

Spoke to Themba from retentions Department to cancel my cellphone contract and had been on hold for over 15 minutes and his telephone etiquette is TERRIBLE. Spoke to me in an irritable tone and not professional at all. I did inform him that I'm very disappointed in his etiquette and he didn't apologize or seem concerned. He's very much aware that I will report him.
