Poor technical team
It's been 3 months still cant .ake some international calls. I don't dont any answers to the problem and they not able to manage expectations. Smc-*** and ***. Cant speak to the right people always getting gate keepers ( customer service) when I have a massive technical problem. I need this fixed urgently as it's been way too long. Most of your staff dont call back when they promise to do so.im duebfor an upgrade soon. To I move or stay with you and does that even matter losing one customer out of millions.
