poor signal

This is now the second time I'm writing a report about MTN's poor signal. over the last few month it has been getting progressively worse. I have a 4g simcard yet they cannot supply me with a full signal of HSDPA. I have called your signal centre at length, to which I get \ I must pull the battery out my phone and wait 5 min ". this is pathetic advice and I still have had no explanation as to why my signal is so poor. I was also told they I must buy a signal booster at the cost of over R3000 with no guarantee that this will solve my problem. I find this very poor from your side and I still would like an answer as to why my signal is getting worse and worse """
