Poor Show MTN

MTN have loaded onto and debited my father's account 2 contracts that combined reached nearly R10000 a months for several months is row. We notified the Local MTN agent who advised us they cannot assist and we were then forced to cancel the debit orders with MTN. We contacted MTN via email , had 1 reply to ask about the issue an never heard from MTN again.

We are out of pocket for alot of money and this Business does not care to get in touch or try to resolve our issue.

Absolutely appalling client service.
