Poor Services from MTN on ********** account investigation

This MTN people are a bunch of useless idiots, if I had a lawyer I was gonna sue them for loss of employment opportunities because of them.

There was a ********** account that was opened using my name and ID at a branch in KZN, first of all I never went to kzn and I know no one in Kzn. 2nd I went to the branch to enquire and I was told the address that the person used is in stellenbostch, how can a person who stay in stellenbostch open an account in KZN?? okay let me leave it there!

I reported the ***** in July with the MBD and when I called around august asking for a status quo I was told the MBD people ddnt report it right I have to send the affidavit and id copy again, I did that. and I called them mid August nothing was done on the investigation, I called beginning of September, October and now is November nothing is done on this investigation!!! I am really dissapointed with the level of Service this MTN is giving, right now my life is on hold because I am wrongfully blacklisted, I cant get a job at any financial institutions!! and no one seems to care, everytime I call im told that its still an open investigation, like really, how long does it take for them to assign a case to someone because even now there is no one who is buzy with this case.

please if anyone had a similar experience advice me on how to resolve this issue and to sue them for loss of employment opportunities.
