Poor services from mtn

I do have 3 contacts with mtn south africa, but so far what a waste of time and my hard earned money. Every month I got an issue with mtn. Now my account is suspended as they told me I haven't made a payment yet but on my bank statements it show that payment was made on the 28th January 2023. Please people stay away from mtn.
