Poor services for one year

One year past and they still did not fix my contract still paying for something I returned technical side was they problem. When you phone the service that you get it so poor. You ask the department the with the person name either put you thought to another department or cut you off. Even when you get somebody at the that department they do not know the person. Ok let try again phone same procedure again eventually when you being assist than you hear sorry that person is off or not available. So no what that means no body can assist. This is very annoying.
