Poor services

Mtn was supposed to debit but they didn't im admitted to icu with sick baby i had no time to check whether they have debited or not they than blocked my service, i called in they said i dont have a debit order its cash payment i asked why was i not informed, im still trying to get my line open till to today i called countless times no assistance.
