Poor services

I app**** for a new cellphone contract a week ago, I went into the store at Springs Mall where the MTN shop/retailer is. I got assistance from a lady by the name of Michelle Pelser.

I asked her if she could give me the 2GB for R339 contract on page 9 on their latest march catalogue! She then said why don't I take the 6.5 GB for MTN Made For Business M for R329 on page 2 on the business catalogue, then I said yes that will perfectly work for me.

While busy with the I came back after getting an email from her saying that the contract has been opened and is the device is ready for collection, I asked her if its the correct contract that I app**** for on page 2 for the MTN Made For Business M she said YES! I went and signed all the documents for the release of the device. I went and check for the data and minutes on the phone only to find out that I was given less minutes and data for R319 PM 50minutes 50Mb of data and 545 sms's. I did not apply for a deal like that. I needed to cancel the package and Michelle said I can not cancel and get the package I'm looking for!

Can I please get assistance in this matter!
