Poor services

I took on a new contract with mtn and they decided to convert my private number to contract without asking me Now i told them that i want my number back to prepaid and they can use my other mtn number they are refusing. I bought data on capitec app and ith was 2+2gb but i only got one 2gb i dont want to cancel this contract but if this continues i will definitely cancel really
