Poor services at its best

App**** for upgrade on mtn.co.za online portal is being 5 days now trying to follow up on the progress , now mtn says i must talk with mondo because the application is mondo so i checked with mondo they say i must wait for 14 to 20 days, now i want to cancel the order mondo says i must call mtn and mtn also says i must call mondo ... now i am fed up because both companies dont want to take responsibility
