poor services and empty promises

i am so disgusted with MTN, their service, empty promises and how they ripoff us hard working people. I m<br> Am still waiting ons MTN to rectify a problem which their Pinelands branch messed up. No one is willing to assist or even call me with any information regarding this compliant. My last complaint Wenzile Masina quoted reference number REQ:*** but didn't even give me a cal to apologize. And the complaint is still on the cell number ***.<br> Give a urgent feedback on *** as you can see all the calls that was made to your call centre for follow-ups and everyone is playing the blaming game and me the customer is suffering. <br> I have a few names of people that assisted with this complaint and never comes back, I even have evidence of them on emails.
