Poor Services

11 June 2022, I did an online application and to date no outcome has been communicated to me. After numerous enquiries, the service provider is just not willing to assist with an outcome. What worries me a lot is that they added a credit enquiry on my profile with the credit bureaus, yet they not assisting!
