POOR SERVICES
my account was handed over , paid it it full and currently in credit ,mtn legal department has failed to make contact whatsoever to remove my name from their side as it appeared to be in credit ....now I cannot apply for any credit due to the only account that I'm in credit with ....they take forever to reply to ones emails, they never fail to communicate amongst each other, you call the costumer care they see the payment and see that I'm in credit while the legal team cant remove my name from their side , the account was long handed back to them by the debt collectors but they still cant update that on their system

As per our telephone conversation i have escalated the matter to our legal department team to liaise with the ITC and Experian bureaus they will send the request to have your name removed from their listings as a bad payer.
