Poor Service yet again from MTN

After cancelling the contract in December and receiving a confirmation reference , I am still been charged. When i questioned it , I have been thrown from Department to Department only to have been told that i will still be billed and they cannot give me a reference number for the termination that was only allegedly done today. When i asked for a supervisor because i was refused the reference number , The lady transferred me to a colleague . Disgusting and terrible service. Rather use vodacom or telkom to avoid over charges which MTN will never refund . I am truly upset with the lack of profession for a Monopoly company
