Poor service waiting long to be attended almost 45 minutes

Good day, I'd like to express my utmost disappointment in the MTN store-Gateway, the one opposite Telkom store. I waited more than 45 minutes to be assisted and no one even had the decency to update on why we couldn't be helped timeously. Such service is not acceptable . Not to loyal customers . Do better MTN
