POOR SERVICE, VERY LAZY CONSULTANTS AND FLOOR MANAGERS AT MTN

In July my account was in arrears due to my salary date changing, so on 2nd July i got a bank sms that the amount of R379.40 payment to MTN was returned. 1stly i pay R184.00 for my contract per month so for two months it would be R368.00 and not R379.40. So after being paid on the 12th July i made a deposit into their ABSA account of R400.00 of which is already a credit of R20.60 or R32.00 to my knowledge. On the 24th July i called in just to check if they have received the amount as it was paid directly to their account with the phone number ********** 352 and also to move the debit order date to the 5th of each month i was then give a reference number by Khanyisile (Ref: ********** 39) and also told to send the proof of payment as its not reflecting on their system, i've sent the POP and got an email acknowledging that they've received the payment. But to my surprise on Wednesday the 2nd of August R574.80 was debited from my account called in again requesting that they return the fund spoke to Zanele (Ref: Req ********** ) they will sort it out within 24 to 48 hours, and for them to return it to my Standard Bank account and not credit it to the mtn account. Friday 04 August sent a mail to ********** telling them that 24hrs has past and the funds has still not been returned no response to date. Sunday 06 August wake up to another bank message R174.80 has been debited from my account by MTN yet again. I was furious called them and spoke to Nelisiwe who then transfered me to her floor manager Mohammed (Ref: ********** 95) that practically tried to force me to call my bank to return the debit orders i told him no my bank wil charge me and he said no they wont his been banking with standard bank for years and they wont charge me (show me a bank that does not charge for returning debit orders) i mean why should i pay for their mistake. today 07 August i called again spoke to Luyanda and she told me that both references are still open, I asked to be transfered to accounts department then the call got cut off. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT ASAP, I AM NOT RICH TO BE THROWING AWAY SO MUCH MONEY
