Poor service to port
I Nigel Roets with ID number *** am trying to port my cellnr *** from cell c to mtn for the last week and went to the store also with a new sim nr which has been rica and not used before.I did all the correct format via the sms function and called mtn 083173 and they keep on telling me there is a problem with porting in..when will this be resolved and will i ever be assisted?please call me on *** or *** to advise when this can be done or if mtn needs my prepaid business?
