Poor service to no service when cancelling a contract

Poor service regarding cancellation at MTN

My contract was cancelled via email and 135 customer care and still being debit from MTN

I REVERSED the debit orders to hopefully get help regarding this matter, hence im paying now for my contract and cancelled one

Unacceptable this is not how a big company like MTN should do business
