Poor service to loyal customers

Very disappointing service from MTN. When contacting customer service for assistance, the consultants often do not provide clear or helpful information, and issues are repeatedly postponed or referred to another time. As a long-standing customer who has consistently paid for my services, I find it extremely disappointing to have to struggle to receive the assistance and service I am entitled to. There needs to be a significant improvement in communication and customer service.
