Poor service to ***** Victims

I have received the worst service from MTN in trying to resolve a ***** case where an additional line was **********ly added to my contract without my knowledge. I reported this from the first day it took place, as I had noticed messages coming through about a new contract. To my surprise, the line was added successfully and MTN continues to deduct my account on a monthly basis. I followed the process of submitting a copy of my ID and an affidavit through one of their outlets, and has since been waiting for a response. Only to find that their smart systems make the ***** case only viewable to whomsoever that raised it, so should they resign (or should you forget the name or face) during the process of your ***** case, you basically have to start from scratch. So I am currently very frustrated with MTNs whole approach to ***** cases, as I am still getting debited on a monthly basis whilst I am being sent from pillar to post.

Hi, Thanks for your response. Please note that it has unfortunately been almost 3 months that I have raised my ***** case by submitting the required documents, I was told that the process should take about 4 weeks to resolve. Whats worse is that my line keeps getting suspended every month because I have "exceeded my limit", which is actually due to the additional line. I'm now having to call MTN every month on the anniversary of my contract to have my line reopened. Since the outlet that raised my ***** case is unable to locate it on their individual agent's profile, I am not even sure if there is a ***** case thats currently pending in my name.
