She could only see the start date of December 2015 when I upgraded

Furthermore I cannot believe that you are unable to add re- occuring data and SMS's from a specific date ie 16-16th of each month.

I have to phone on that day and have it loaded. Are your systems that antiquated?

My other concern is that I have once again had to ask for my debit order to run in order to pay yourselves the monthly fee.

This lady said she would load a once off payment to run tonight from my account but cannot guarantee that the debit order will run next month on 31st as it is loaded to do.

Really this is getting a bit much now!!!

Trust me when my next upgrade date comes its bye-bye MTN.... Might even consult Cell C for their bye-out option. MTN service is BAD

My current concerns therefore listed for ease of reference:

1. When will my handset and BIS fee be reversed for the last month as my contract should have been corrected on 10/4/2015 and not over the past weekend

2. Why can't re-occuring data be loaded on a future date?

3. Why is my debit order not running through my account as was supposed to happen on 31st of this month. I have to ask for a manual debit to be run?. This happened last month as well.
