Poor service still waiting for my refund

I am still waiting for my refund they don’t get back to your and they promise to do cancellation, no delivery was made. The service is poor it’s been a month now. I tried apply for a fibre with MTN but it never arrived and opted to cancel they go back and forth. Requesting for my refund is also an issue. I need my refund
