POOR SERVICE..*********** STAFF.. NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL..

Had an Mtn contract for 2 years which was suppose to expire this year 2023 February.. Ever since February I am trying to cancel this without any luck. The customer care service do not have any idea of what they are doing.. They are *********** and rude.. Seems like no one is willing to assist.. I've been transferred to different departments sevaral times..since February.. Canceling this contract has been a nightmare... What's even worst is that they keep invoicing me.. From a contract of R300 Per month to an upgrade of R1600 per month... This is so inconvenient for me... Tried to call retentions.. And even sent an mail to *** as that is the email address they gave me.. Still no response.. Since February.. I have run out of options.. I'm sacred to reverse the debits as this will negatively affect my credit score.. This has been a draining and bitter experience for me... I honestly need this contract to be canceled!!
