POOR SERVICE SIM SWAP BY *******

An ******* sim swap has been done on my sim card. I reported to mtn 135 and ***** department since wednesday last week and its Tuesday today but they still can't stop the ******* from using my sim card. The ******* still answer my number and pretyend to be me. i've been trying with mtn agents to do a sim swap but not winning and went to an mtn store at Middelburg and they refuse to take my affidavit and ID'S as advised by mtn agents. They all tell me to submit affidavit to the mtn store and the store keep refusing to do that and i am not allowed to speak to supervisor or shop manager. All mtn lines including mtn ***** department can not stop my number from being used by ******* or reverse it to me. Why do we have to RICA SIM Cards if ******* can still use our numbers without RICA proccess.The ******* have already managed to still some money in one of my accounts. but mtn still sending me back and forth and they can't force the shop to assist me.
