Poor service, settlement letter required

I have a contract with your company, I'm trying to call in and all of your numbers do not allow options for me to speak to a consultant, what kind of service are you providing?

I require a settlement letter urgently as I'd like to settle and close the account I currently have.

Please get back to me urgently with regards to the settlement letter, this complaint could have been avoided if your service centre's actually provided a service.
