Poor Service & Rude *********** Employees

My iPhone was ****** from my Place , I reported to block it,then 2 days later it was found.. again call 135 to unblock it they told to send Docs such as Affidavit & ID copy, went to Cavendish square to submit the Docs They told me to wait for 48 hours to unblock , Done Then 3 days later it was still blocked called 135 Viwe Class the Agent told me I should go into a store when I explained she told me I must do what she’s telling Her attitude was the Worst then she dropped the call I went Vangate mall Sisanda Shop assistant told I need to work on my attitude cz she telling me to call 135 - Rude 1 😈 Again called 135 still told to go into a store Then I went to Canal Walk- Khaya the guys tried to do even called the Ops Manager then I was told to swish it off again for 73hrs - Done that To My suprise it was still Blocked Called 135 told me to go into a store again Again went back into Canal Walk told me to wait again Then emailed to the Complaints Dept to complain I have been told to send Docs every Day still no Help from these Ppl ..... It’s been 4 weeks now since 23/07/22 my phone is still of no Use Where do I go from here???
