Poor service refuse to payback

Im not happy with Mtn cellphone insurance I submitted a claim but they took long to reply after I wrote a review on hellopeter then they reply rejecting my claim telling me that i shouldn't have put another simcard on the which is terms they didn't inform me about and that the phone is not blacklisted but where did I get the ITC number if its not blacklisted im not certified with there excuses they took long to reply then they come up with with excuses im not happy at all n I will advice people not to take Mtn cellphone insurance it has poor service they deduct your money every month and refuse to pay back. I want all my money back
