Poor service received from MTN-SA

What a poor service received from MTN-SA. I took a Simcard deal in the year 2020 which I used to pay monthly. Things went south when they started to take the amount we did not agree on and when I call their offices trying to cancel the contract unfortunately no one is willing to assist. MTN promised to refund my money back but nothing even today.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I'm taking this to social media.
