Poor service received from MTN Direct
I have been with MTN for over 10years and I have never recieved this pathetic service as I have received recently. I upgraded my MTN contract 2 months ago and I've been waiting for these be to have a contract delivered however I was informed that the number that they're trying to call me on is the number that I'm not using when I contacted MTN Direct they informed me that I need to contact MTN 135 to have the number change 135 send me from pillar to post had to call the customer care he had no response when I contact the MTN Direct once again I was laughed at by an agent called subusiswe and this is totally totally unacceptable and totally disrespectful from a company as big as MTN and I would have expected much better service I would I would really like someone to call me immediately I will not take and will not fill in any kind of documentation to log a complaint it's not my responsibility and refused to be treated like a ****** or without dignity. I would expect the response as soon as possible. The worst network I've ever worked with and I will never upgrade again or make any use of your services again so please make sure that you sort me out thank you

Thank you for your assistance in having the parcel delivered only to find that the contents received is not what was agreed upon on the day of upgrade.
On 23/07/2019,I elected to take up an HP laptop combo of R209 which consisted of the below as per the MTN brochure:
- HP Notebook
- R5000 Cyber Insurance Security
- Avast Internet Security
- Office Suite
- Laptop Bag
- Mtn ZTE router.
What I recieved on 23/09/2019 was the below:
- Lenovo Notebook
- R5000 Cyber Insurance Security
- AVG Internet Security
- Logitech M170 Wireless Mouse
- Mtn ZTE Router
- Laptop Bag
Please be advised that I did not recieve:
- HP Notebook
- Avast Internet Security
- Office Suite.
May I please be assisted by in having this rectified as soon as possible.
