Poor Service! Really dismayed

The service at MTN is terrible. First of all I had a sim contract with MTN that should have ended at the end of February. But I noticed my account was still being debited. I then found out out you have to call and cancel the contract. I’ve been trying for the past 2 months to get ahold of them to cancel the contract. The customer service number doesn’t even work. Honestly terrible service from a Telecoms company, they could do better
