Poor Service & Professionalism MTN!!!!!!!!!

We purchase a contract phone with MTN in Makhado on the special of the Sumsung Galaxy Note 9 with the welcome kit. We purchase this contract in September 2018. Each time when I phone they say the welcome kit is on order. I also log several complaints on the MTN website for customer care, but not even from their side they wish to sort out this problem.

NEVER in my life I will support them EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
