Poor Service, ****** Poor

My wife got offered a LTE Data plan, in the week of 22nd May 2025. We paid the upfront costing on the 22nd May 2025, which covers June month and the last weeks in May and never got the product. They never even processed the stuff. And they stated that delivery will be the next day. It's the 29th May 2025 and still nothing, my wife has been calling MTN and they just keep putting her on hold everytime.
