Poor service online sales.

My name is Fezile Mdluli cell number *** I have app**** for a contract phone IPhone 13 online I then got a call regarding the delivery as they say I’ve been approved and suddenly my application was put on pause the after no one said nothing after I’m here wanting to now if it’s still approved or not so I can move on,calls are not going through , emails are not being responded, on their email they said they will contact me for further information if needed but till this day no one said anything it will be better if they follow with me and let me know , unfortunately this is not the 1st time I encountered such where my application ends up into thin air. I’d be more satisfied if I’m told if I’m approved or not… it’s been almost a month now I feel like it’s super unprofessional and leave a client hanging, I’d rather know so that I move on.
