Poor Service on promised Data Package

I purchased a 1TB (500gb day, 500gb Night) data package from MTN for the sole reason that I can cancel all other packages and data share to all users in the household. Was told you able to datashare up to 400gb of the 500gb anytime amount. After taking the contract and canceling all others I came to realise that I cant datashare at all. This put me in a great predicament and some of the members at home did not have any data during the festive season. I have contacted and placed a ticket with most departments and no one seems to assist. No correspondence of any compensation or resolution.

MTN has truly failed especially during such a time.
