POOR SERVICE ON NEW SALES

Very poor service. I app**** for a new contract with MTN at the beginning of November on MTN's website. I received an email on 3 November requesting my documentation for the contract which I sent through on the same day. I have still not received any feedback and requested an update from customer care who just passes the ball to sales. No one is coming back to me and I still receive sms's and emails requesting the same documentation I have sent twice to them. Will not recommend MTN to anyone.
