Poor Service on new contract application

I am very disappointed and frustrated at MTN service, I made an application in store for an iPhoneX early in the month and I was told that my phone will be delivered in 48hours. this application was approved on the 4th of April however until today I have received my device its more than 48hours , in actual fact its been 7 business days .
