Poor Service of MTN Coverage

I want to complain about the pathetic service of MTN. Our antenna /booster was hit by lightning 16 days ago on our farm. We have no signal whatsoever on the farm. I reported the problem 4 times at mtn coverage (refnr ********** ).Without any luck. Shocking and pathetic service from MTN
