Poor service of Mtn.

I am experiencing many difficulties with MTN. There consultants are incable of assisting me over the phone when I reach out to the Mtn Office, they refer me back to the call center. I am paying data on a router now for 5 months, the router is not working and as usual, nobody was able to assist me since then.
