Poor service, no assistance

Absolutely terrible service from MTN. I have been with MTN for many years now and haven't had issue until now. I have two data plans on two different numbers, now l want to cancel the data plans they make it impossible. First it take me forever to get hold of a single person to help with cancelation. When l finally get a hold of her she expects me to pay a cancelation fee 3x more than what l am paying every month on the data itself even though the phones are fully payed off long time ago. This kind of service is unacceptable and basically forcing to cough out more money for no legitimate reason.
