POOR SERVICE - MTN (S.A)

I've been phoning MTN for the past three weeks without getting any help. The consultants are impatient and extremely inept. I've been attempting unsuccessfully to get in touch with the legal team. I was given the wrong contact information; thus, I can't seem to have my question answered.

I'm furious with their service. MTN is the pits, I tell you:(. I wouldn't suggest or encourage anyone to take any contract with them at all.
