poor service MTN offers ****** phone victims

My phone was ****** on Friday 11 March at 8pm, I tried to contact the helpdesk to get the phone blocked.<br> The MTN operators couldn't help me on 3 occasions<br> 1. Called and wanted to block the phone but MTN has this ridiculous and stupid policy that the customer must provide the IMEI number, why they don't have this number for contract customers is ridiculous.<br> 2. MTN blacklisting of phones system is offline after 8pm apparently, so MTN supports ******** communities in *****ing phones. This system should it not be available 24 hours, the useless and impolite operator told me to call back the next day, Saturday.<br> 3. Called back Saturday morning at 745am and another operator told me they cannot access the system to blacklist ****** phones. I must call back to another operator.<br> 4. Called back again and waited over 20 minutes for an operator to answer in order to get the phone blocked/ blacklisted.<br> Is MTN in collusion with *******? Why is it so difficult to get a professional service from the Helpdesk?<br> At no point did any consultant apologise for any inconvenience. MTN doesnt seem interested in helping customers.<br> <br>
