Poor service mtn cresta

Hi Mtn your store in cresta is absolutely useless, staff are unfriendly and don't help,we had purchased a contract for 50g data on the 05 December 2020 and were promised the line would be activated. Took the device home to find out that the employee that assisted us did not rica the contract. We had to go back to the store today to do what should have been done in the first place. No apology no service. In all honesty I will never use mtn again as a service provider. I have ported my number to another service provider and will do so with the balance of my contracts. For a communications company you poor at what you do.
