Poor service MTN Centurion mall

On Sunday the 6/09/2020 i visited MNT centurion mall to do a sim swop. After numerous questions they said i did not past the security questions. I was with MNT for more that 7 years. I had the sim and ID with me. MTN took my ID. The monday i went back to request my ID. They said that I must do a police clearance before i can get my ID back. How ever i demanded my ID and got it back. I also changed service providers that same day. The fact that MTN staff took my ID I see this as theft and considered to lay a ******** case at SAPS against MTN. The service i received was very poor.
