POOR SERVICE MTN CENTURION
MTN Centurion Mall shop next to Checkers Hyperama disgusted me with their incompetence. Trainee offered to help . . .could not.The manager MAXWELL passed the buck to DORRIS who could not help either.Nobody at the shop could assist me to activate my ****le for international roaming. Very unhelpfull and even laughed in my face when I started getting adjutated with their poor level of service and knowledge of their own system . . . definitely need a LOT MORE training , unless it is MTN 's new/latest standard ?
