Poor service - Mtn caledon

Hi, I would like to share my unhappiness with the service I received from the Caledon Mtn branch and the call center. I have a contract with Mtn, on a monthly basis we pay the contract, for the last year,we did not get any data or airtime, we were told that they are busy sorting it out, but till today we have not received anything. At the branch they told me that they will forward me all the mails that was send, but nothing. The company owe me between 2500 - 3000 in money, the contract ended now, but I can't cancel it, as there is a amount outstanding. I asked for the number of the regional, so that I can contact him, but they do not want to give the number, I need help to recover my money.
