Poor service MTN

Currently I am In Germany and this is the second time i am in Germany and I followed the timeline of activating my roaming, however the roaming is yet again not activated and this has caused a huge issue with regards to contacting a travelling service to get me and my family to our accommodation timeously. I wouldn’t recommend MTN when you travelling internationally. REF *** agent Sikelelwa Mazaleni. On top of all of this my subscription has increased due to the roaming and I am not able to use the roaming service.
