POOR SERVICE MTN

i'm really disappointed with MTN Every time when i try to do a sim sworb issues last lost my number that i used for 15 Years Now again i answered all questions correctly they telling me to go make an affidavit because it sim sworb done twice i spoke to 2 consultant who sounded very lazy to help Third one was so sleepy . Like why is it so difficult to get your number back with MTN i really don't understand this POOR SERVICE from you guys I called more than 3 times .im not happy at all WITH MTN SERVICE PROVIDER
